| My personal thought on this ahhh Joke'
I can't understand how the Sheriff's Department or the Hemphill Police do nothing to enforce the law except to threaten prosecution to the people who's property have been stolen. Almost every thing Charles Beckett owned was stolen and 2 months later nothing has been done, though his spray washer and other stolen Items are sitting in Kenny Lyons yard sale.. This web site is subject to be here a long time, my texas-towns.com is paid for 3 years and I will pay for another 9 years. On google and most search engines, any one looking for stolen truck Hemphill, Kenny Lyons Hemphill, Tom Stevens Hemphill can get our information. try title forged hemphill Google loves me, Tom Stevens

he says,
"the policeman all ready told me,
an't nobody is going to get no vehicle back." Freddies

Upgrade: 10-12-09 10:am - I talked with Deputy Griffith and told him I had my Certificate of Titles back and could I get some help on getting my stolen trucks back. He said no, it would have to come up before the judge. I told him I had a movie he might want to look at. He didn't seem interested. Depuity Griffith is the investigator.
In the movie:
(Freddie said) To me the truck was not
stolen. (Note: to me it is stolen, Tom Stevens.)
(Tom Stevens said) Kenny did forge the
papers and sell to you. So Kenny got $450 out of it.
(Freddie said) Actually Kenny didn't sign
the papers.
(Tom Stevens said) I don't know who signed
them, but whoever did, it's illegal.
(Freddie said) Kenny didn't sign them.
They haven't been transfered. They haven't been transfered, a crime hasn't
been commited yet.
(Tom Stevens said) I am probably going
to end up sueing kennys ass and you may want to too..
(Freddie said) Kenny an't doing nothing
to me.
(Tom Stevens said) Kenny has got your
$450
(Freddie said) I have got that back already.
(Tom Stevens said) No you don't, because
you have a stolen truck.
(Freddie said) If it was stolen, the Law
would have came and got it.
(Tom Stevens said) The Law is going
to come and get it.
(Freddie said) They told me to move it.
(Charles said) Who moved the truck?
(Freddie said) I sold it.
(Freddie said)Listen, the Law told me
to move the truck, they said move the truck because you never know
what them two old guys will do. They don't believe youall, man.
(Tom Stevens said) I don't give a shit
whether they believe me or not. Do You have a computer?
(and how they forged the title..) Audio
here
(Freddie said) Kenny wanted $650.(for
my truck)
(Freddie said) This title didn't have
no signature on it and I said there an't nothing wrong with these
trucks is there? Because this title is not signed..
(Tom Stevens said) Who signed the title?
(Freddie said) His friend did.
(Tom Stevens said) The car lot guy?
(Freddie said) No.
He told me sign the title and I said,
I an't signing jack because I don't know nothing about it, before
I give you $450, this title going to hafta be signed., and his friend
said, hell I will sign it, and he signed it.
(Tom Stevens said) Who was his freind?
.(Freddie said) Kenny didn't sign the
title
(Tom Stevens said) Who was his freind?
.(Freddie said) I don't know man, he was
just in the shop with him that day. I don't know his name or anything like
that.
.(Freddie said) Long as the title is signed,
I will go then..
Freddie says, "The Law says move the truck
because you can't tell what them two old men will do."
(Tom Stevens said) HaHa, I said Hell,
What can we do?(we are 77 years old, I am in a wheelchair and Charles
can barely walk)
(Tom Stevens said) I went to Kenny when
Charles first came back and said Kenny, Charles is not dead, I didn't
give a damn before, but you ought to pay him something for the trucks.
We could have dealt some way.
(Freddie said) Nobody would do that, I
wouldn't do that. Would you?
(Tom Stevens said)Why not, if I had stolen
trucks, yea. I don't see how you could figure they hadn't been stolen.
(Freddie said)The weren't stolen, If they
were stolen.
(Tom Stevens said) If they weren't stolen
Kenny wouldn't have to have his buddy there signing the damned papers.
(Freddie said)That's how you are going
to get screwed, Kenny has so many statements against you, saying you came
to his place, the man came back alive and we need the trucks back. An't
no forgery, nothing has been transferred out of your name.. and that still
wouldn't be forgery, because he paid for the truck. Who is going to steal
a truck and pay for it?
(Tom Stevens said)Ha, you know you have to pay the right guy. Usually the owner.
(Note: Kenny hasn't paid one penny to the legal owner, certificate of title holder Thomas Stevens on the trucks or one penny to Charles Beckett's for any of his stolen property he has in his possession now at his yard sale in the City of Hemphill.)
(Freddie said)The trucks gone and the Law
man he don't care.
(Tom Stevens said)The Lawman don't give
a shit, don't seem like, but I care and Charles cares.
I am going to send my movie around as
soon as I figure a way to break it down from 1.2 GB to something I can
send.
In fact I will put it online with the
rest of my documents and anyone interested in seeing movie can stop by
or I will get you a copy..

PS If no help from you, can you tell
me a local news who might be interested? The sound is good, when you hear
the truth, it makes it hard to lie.

Christy,
No, It is not a legal dispute. It
is criminal theft and forgery.
Charles didn't die and he want his shit

Mr. Stevens,
I regret to say that this appears to be
a legal dispute and not one that the newspaper is prepared to delve into
at this time. I wish you the best of luck in resolving the dispute.
