Charles Becket 77 years old went to Hospital for 3months. While he was gone some of his so called  friends  stole/sold most of his belongings.
Stored on his property was 2 trucks legal owner Thomas Stevens 77, who thought Charles was dead, and they were going to clean up the property.  They came by and got Thomas Stevens(me) to one sign a duplicate title form for one truck.  As it turned out Dale  Mathews was not the property owner, the owner of the property Dwane E,. Rutherford, deceased 11-7-99.  No one had any right to cleanup or sell anything.   Kenny Lyons bought trucks from Dale Mathews and Kenny sold one truck to  Freddie Smith for $450. Freddie came by and showed me his Duplicate title and I took a few pictures, The titles were signed Thomas Stevens but not by me, my name was forged 2 times and again on one application duplicate title.

Now I assumed my trucks had been stolen.
Not wanting to get Kenny in trouble,  I ask  Kenny Lions  $2000 for my trucks in a letter since he didn't want to talk, or I would go to the DMV and get my trucks back.
For my troubles the Chief of Police brings me a Trespass warning notice to stay off Kennys his property - Criminal Tresspass 180 day in jail or a $1500 fine..
Now, I think my trucks have been stolen, not one has paid me any money and they are still in my name and they were moved without my permission.  Seems simple enough to me.
When I go back to Sherriff's department and try to file for a stolen trucks(s) Deputy George Griffith says, I could be subject  have charges filed aginst me for Extortion by  asking Kenny $2000 for my trucks.

Also, I could be  prosicuted for filing false theft charges, as  they are working on it.
My original tittles were no good, so  later that day  9/23/2009 , I am  filling for a duplicate title again, just like they did.
Now the Judge is going to tell us who owns the trucks...
We could use some help and advise

to whom it may concern.
Charles Beckett lived with his girlfriend Vermell Mathews at RR 4 Box 412 , Hemphill, Texas 75948  for seven  years.
Should be now,  comon-law wife,
The property belonged to an old boyfriend (Tex Radiford) of Vermell Mathews  who died 5 years earlier.
Vermell Mathews  is in the Hemphill Senior Citizens Rest Home, with on  Alzheimer's.

Charles beckett had all his belongings on this property, clothes, tools, 4 trailers,  and 3 trucks. On one trailer, Charles has a registration and liscense on the 16" low-boy trailer.
We understand some of Charlie's property was transported to Yellowpine by a neighbor  James Dukes who's story is he lost the trailer when it was stolen off the road leaving it to fix a flat tire while transporting Charles property to Yellowpine.
Update9/21.2009 James Dukes is also nown as James Gandy

Charles  Beckett's  16" low-boy trailer,  I understand the trailer is now with Rodney Frasure of  6 mile fencing in Yellowpine Texas.
Update9/21.2009 We have talked to Rodney Frasiser and he is happy to return it.

Two of the trucks were transported  to the car lot in Hemphill Texas. One is there now and the other has been removed.
Kenny Lyons has some paper work on one of the trucks (1966 CHEV ID NO,. 9C1446S13008) and shows was sold by Dale  Mathews.
The other truck, (1992 CHEV ID NO. 2GCEC 19Z8N 1253521)  they were going to get me Thomas Stevens to sign off  on, but Kenny Lyons didn't bother. Update9/21.2009  Fredie Smith 936 332 302 Now has this truck.

It was my understanding the trucks were being removed by Kenny Lyons and  Dale  Mathews so Dale could clean-up and sell the property.   Seems strange  now I find out neither Dale  Mathews  nor his mother owned the property. Dale can't just take Charles property  and sell it.. Update9/21.2009 The owner of property where the trucks were removed is dead Name Dwane E,. Rutherford, deceased 11-7-99. Charles had resided there 7 years.

Two of the truck belonged to me Thomas Stevens, stored at Rethfored's property and Charles was still  owing  $300 on them.

No one had any authority to sell or remove from Charles Beckett's home  when he was forced into the hospital for approximately  three months for an operation.

Dale   Mathews seems to have cleaned up and out most all of Charlie's property while he was hospitalized,  with no legal authorization..
